The client operating UAE onshore gas fields required fully integrated high-pressure natural gas line heater skid unit. Remote desert well stations encounter high-pressure gas throttling cooling effect, which easily triggers gas hydrate formation and pipeline blockage. The equipment sustain continuous operation under high working pressure and desert high-temperature climate, and deliver a complete factory-tested package to cut down field assembly work.

Delivered solution

We supplied the full set of high-pressure natural gas line heater skid, including heater main body, high-pressure process piping, gas burner assembly, safety interlock system, pressure & temperature monitoring instruments and explosion-proof control system. The whole unit is pre-assembled and tested as one complete package before shipment. The equipment heats high-pressure natural gas stream to raise fluid temperature, suppress hydrate generation, protect downstream high-pressure pipelines and valves.
