Oman onshore oil and gas wells are mostly scattered in remote desert areas. The client required standard water bath heater to solve common field problems such as crude wax deposition, fluid viscosity increase and pipeline blockage. The equipment needs simple, stable and low-maintenance features, adaptable to long-term outdoor operation and compliant with local oilfield operation standards.

We delivered full-set water bath heater equipment. Designed with standard atmospheric pressure structure, the equipment adopts wellhead associated gas as heat source to steadily heat crude fluid. Optimized with desert dust-proof and anti-corrosion configuration, the fully prefabricated skid unit supports fast on-site installation and commissioning.
