For on‑shore oil & gas wells in Saudi Arabia desert area, the client required complete Skid-Mounted Indirect Line Heater. Facing extreme desert ambient condition, high‑wax crude oil and natural gas hydrate blockage risks at scattered remote well sites. The equipment shall adopt well‑associated gas as fuel source, comply with Aramco explosion‑proof standards for hazardous area, minimize site installation workload and guarantee stable crude oil gathering & transportation for single well operation.

Full‑scope supply of integrated wellhead heater skid including water‑bath heater body, fuel gas filter skid, explosion‑proof electric control cabinet, process piping, valves and instrument assembly. All components are pre‑fabricated on one common base skid. The unit burns well‑produced associated gas for heating to reduce crude viscosity and inhibit hydrate formation. Designed to adapt high‑temperature desert environment, with full interlock protection for temperature & pressure, only on‑site pipeline connection is needed after hoisting to realize fast commissioning.
